Shipping policy
Delivery is free on every order, everywhere we ship. There are no delivery charges at checkout.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship: We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International (US, Canada, Australia, UAE and more): 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Customs and duties: Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect address: Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels: Contact us at support@pawsandclawsonline.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.
