About Us
Hey, we're Paws and Claws
We're a small UK-based team of pet lovers on a mission: well-designed, genuinely useful pet products that make life easier for pets and the people who look after them.
Paws and Claws started with a simple frustration. So many pet products are either flimsy, overpriced, or both. We set out to stock a carefully chosen range instead: items we'd happily use with our own pets, at prices that don't need a second mortgage, with free delivery to your door.
What we care about
- Quality first: every product we list is one we'd buy ourselves.
- Fair prices: good gear shouldn't cost a fortune.
- Free delivery, always: no minimum order, no delivery charges, anywhere in the world.
- Real support: questions, order issues, returns - we answer every email.
Why shop with us
We're a new store, and we know trust is earned, not claimed. That's why we keep our promises simple: free worldwide delivery, a straightforward 14-day return window backed by your UK consumer rights, and a real human replying to your emails within one business day.
Whether your best friend has paws, claws, or both - welcome. We're glad you're here.
